Being at least Good Friend with Petra reduces the cost to 3 Power Stones. As 1 Condense Power Stone is only 2.666 times more powerful than a regular Power Stone, this trade, even with Petra's reduction, is not worth if the Condense Power Stone is to be simply used as fuel.
Condensed Power Stone can be found by quarrying in the Desert Abandoned Ruins and Somber Marsh Abandoned Ruins.
Condensed Power Stone are obtained as a reward for beating Ingall's Mine Middle Level.
Condensed Power Stone are also sent to the player as a reward for completing the Inspection minigame on weekends once the player's Workshop is a high enough rank.

Condensed Power Stone is used as a fuel and crafting material. It can also be gifted.

Condensed Power Stones are a power supply used to power Electric Furnace, Comprehensive Grinder, and Comprehensive Cutter. Alternatively, a Fire Powered Generator with Conductive Wooden Flooring/Conductive Igneous Floor can be used for these items.
Condensed Power Stones are also used to power the Robopig Rider and the Central Power Supply in the Factory.
