Template:Portia NPCsQiwa is a fisherman living in Portia with his six more brothers: Wuwa, Liuwa, Dawa and three whom have yet to be introduced. He spends much of his time roaming along the walls of Portia and fishing near the bridge to Amber Island.
He wears a purple tshirt with the words "Rainbow Island" on it, navy and aqua striped pants, dark blue nose glasses, and a purple polka dot hat with the word "BOY" across the top. He has a single mole on his left cheek.
